Shipping and Delivery Policies

If you order a gift that is being shipped FedEx, USPS or UPS, please be advised that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date (the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date).

Our fresh gifts such as: Flowers, Fruit, Plants, Balloons and fresh food gift baskets, are shipped from local gift service companies and not shipped from our warehouse. However, in some cases your gifts can be delivered on the same day as your order; one such gift is flowers. For some exotic flowers, fruit and gourmet baskets we may need 24 hours’ notice to fulfill your product request. Sunday deliveries is not available in all areas. Deliveries to some rural areas may not be possible at any time. These gifts cannot be delivered to post office boxes. Additionally, it is absolutely imperative that a phone number and a full address such as a hospital room number, apartment number, floor level, etc., your order may be delayed or not delivered if this information is not provided.

If there is no one at the location to receive the delivery, the courier will make the decision to leave the product, or attempt delivery at a later time.

Funeral Flowers: Funeral orders are time sensitive. In an effort to ensure that there is no confusion, your order must include the name of the deceased and the name of the funeral home. It will also be very helpful if you list the date and time of the service as well as the phone number of the funeral home. If any issues arise regarding the delivery of your order, you will be promptly notified.


Returns

Fresh Products (flowers, fruit, plants, balloons, trees and fresh food gift baskets) cannot be returned. Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by the Gift Gazelle Promise and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.


Flower Substitutions

Every effort is made to ensure that the flowers that we feature on our pages are in season. However, in some areas with a shorter growing season, this is not possible. In rural areas of the United States, and in other countries, particular flowers (such as tropical or exotic varieties) may not be available at any time. Gift Gazelle reserves the right to substitute like color, appearance and value.

Gift Gazelle also reserve the right to substitute picture vases and other decorative containers with others of like style, shape, color and value. When a colored vase is not available, we will most often substitute it with a clear glass vase, adding a bow or other accessory to represent the color of the pictured vase.
